STORY ABOUT HIM
He was born in Palestine and died a beheaded martyr. He entered the army and became the captain. Upon reaching a city in the east, they had attacked many people and no one dared to kill him, but Saint George sought him out and killed him. The people were happy, they admired Saint George, especially if he started to preach about Jesus and many people were converted. Patron of England, Germany and the Boys Scouts. A Roman emperor gave the order for St. George to worship the pagan gods, but St. George refused. They flogged him to see if they could convert him to pagan gods and when he couldn’t, ordered him to be beheaded. His image is depicted riding a horse killing a dragon.

PRAYER
I will walk dressed in the weapons of Saint George so that my enemies having feet cannot reach me, having hands cannot catch me and with their thoughts they cannot harm me. Amen.
